Ingredients
2x 4" round pan
- 150g Cream cheese
- 35g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 egg yolk (optional)
- 5g corn starch
- 18g milk
- 65g heavy whipping cream
Steps
- Line the two 4 inch round pan with parchment
- Mix all of the ingredients together until uniform (no particular order)
- Bake in air fryer at 400°F for 15 minutes, add additional baking time as needed for color
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
Comments
- The resulting cake is not runny, but will melt in your mouth because of the slightly underbaked center.
