Mini Basque Cheesecake (Air fryer)

 


Ingredients

2x 4" round pan
  • 150g Cream cheese
  • 35g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 egg yolk (optional)
  • 5g corn starch
  • 18g milk
  • 65g heavy whipping cream

Steps

  1. Line the two 4 inch round pan with parchment
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together until uniform (no particular order)
  3. Bake in air fryer at 400°F for 15 minutes, add additional baking time as needed for color
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving

Comments

  • The resulting cake is not runny, but will melt in your mouth because of the slightly underbaked center.
