Bread machine

Ingredients
(add in the order listed)
- 70g soy milk
- 130g water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 19g butter (melted)
- 275g all purpose flour
- 25g sugar
- 1tsp active dry yeast
Steps
- Add the liquid ingredients (milk and water)
- Melt the butter and add to the mix
- Add flour to the mix, distributing evenly
- Distribute sugar evenly on top
- Distribute active dry yeast evenly on top
- Select mode 1 (regular white bread) and start. It should take 2hr 45mins
- When there is 25 minutes left, open the lid to reduce the temperature of the machine, and then close it back
- When there is 15 minutes left, stop the machine and take the bread pan out, placing it upside down on a rack to cool for 15 minutes
- Once it has cooled, slice the bread with a bread knife
