Ingredients

Crust:
- 150g all purpose flour
- 32g powdered sugar
- 80g butter, melted
Filling:
- 200g blueberries
- 18g sugar
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 1tsp corn starch
Steps
Make the crust
- Mix together flour, powdered sugar and salt, then add melted butter
- Mix until a crumbly dough is formed
- Take 2/3 of the dough and press it down on the cake pan
Make the filling
- Mix the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and corn starch together in a bowl
- Place them evenly over the crust
- Sprinkle the remaining crust crumbles on top
- Bake at 380°F for 35 minutes
Comments
- First try: we added 150g of blueberries and it can have more fruity and sour flavors. Updated the recipe to 200g blueberries
- The crumbles on top can be slightly smaller to avoid burning
