Milk Bread


 

Ingredients

16 pieces
  • 250g All purpose flour
  • 20g sugar
  • 170g milk
  • 20g honey
  • 5g salt
  • 25g vegetable oil
  • 3g active dry yeast

    Steps

    1. Warm the milk, add sugar and yeast. Set aside for 5 minutes
    2. Mix the flour, salt, honey and vegetable oil.
    3. Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix well until a dough forms
    4. Cover the dough with cling wrap, place in a warm environment and wait for 20 minutes
    5. After 20 minutes, knead the dough for 10 minutes
    6. Cover again and wait for another 60 minutes, until the dough doubled in size
    7. Form the dough into balls and place on a baking tray. Cover and wait for another 45 minutes
    8. Glaze the dough balls with milk
    9. Preheat the oven to 390ºF and bake for 12 mins.
