- 250g All purpose flour
- 20g sugar
- 170g milk
- 20g honey
- 5g salt
- 25g vegetable oil
- 3g active dry yeast
Steps
- Warm the milk, add sugar and yeast. Set aside for 5 minutes
- Mix the flour, salt, honey and vegetable oil.
- Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix well until a dough forms
- Cover the dough with cling wrap, place in a warm environment and wait for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes, knead the dough for 10 minutes
- Cover again and wait for another 60 minutes, until the dough doubled in size
- Form the dough into balls and place on a baking tray. Cover and wait for another 45 minutes
- Glaze the dough balls with milk
- Preheat the oven to 390ºF and bake for 12 mins.
